I went to Martin because I my right arm had been in a sling for a couple of weeks.  The doctor had diagnosed 'frozen' shoulder.  I was on the mend, but still nervous about some movements which caused pain.  I was extremely impressed with Martin's approach.  He was knowledgeable and thorough.  I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the treatment and came away with a couple of exercises which have been really useful.  I am looking forward to making regular sessions part of my wellbeing strategy.   Nadiya Day, www.breasthealthandvitality.com
